The system is composed of a network management platform and the measurement and control module of the granary scattered around the country, and the working principle is:
1. Firstly, the height of the grain surface is measured by ultrasonic, and then the actual volume of the grain pile is calculated according to the bottom area of the warehouse and the error correction module;
2. According to the "bulk density estimation" module coordinated by moisture, storage year, variety and impurities, the measured quantity of grain in the warehouse is calculated;
3. Compare the measured quantity with the book quantity, analyze whether it is abnormal, and report the alarm by email and SMS if the threshold is exceeded;
4. It can automatically generate the physical working paper of the warehouse inspection and the vacancy table of the warehouse capacity of the grain depots in various places, which greatly improves the efficiency of the warehouse inspection and the deployment of the warehouse.
The higher-level supervision departments and custodians log in to the system through the browser to realize the remote and real-time visual monitoring of the grain depots in various places to ensure that the number of grain storage is authentic and credible.

The material of grain storage ventilation mesh plate is generally 15mm or 2mm cold-rolled high-quality steel plate. There are four types of holes in the mesh plate: waist round hole, round hole, fish scale and bridge double-sided hole. The opening rate of the waist round hole is more than 30%, the opening rate of the hole is 30%, the opening rate of the fish scale hole is 28%, and the opening rate of the bridge double-sided hole is more than 35%. The surface plate of the ventilation plate is specially treated with color galvanized or white plating, which has the characteristics of oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance.
